The MKdW offers numerous programmes to communicate the exhibition themes. These include public tours, group tours, workshops for children, young people, adults and families, artist talks, previews, New Year's receptions, film screenings and special programmes on art, music and literature that change every year on International Museum Day (May), to celebrate the museum's birthday (July) and on Museum Night (November). Our programmes are aimed at different age groups, from children from the age of 4 through to older adults.
PUBLIC GUIDED TOURS
Public guided tours take place every Wednesday and Friday. The fee for a public guided tour is 7 € plus admission fee. Please register in advance for a guided tour on +494681747400 or info@mkdw.de. Find out more about our public tours here. You can find all guided tour dates in our calendar.
GUIDED GROUP TOURS
The price for a group tour (for a maximum of 25 people) in German or English is €90 from Tuesday to Friday and €120 on weekends and public holidays for a 60-minute tour. Your admission ticket must be added. The reduced admission price of €7 per person applies for groups of 10 or more. A group tour during a public tour is unfortunately not possible.
Please let Aurelia Szczerbuk know the date, time, the desired exhibition and the number of people. If there are more than 25 people, the group will be split and the participants will receive a short tour of 30 minutes each. When making your booking enquiry, please check the group size per tour.
